She completed her PhD. at Trakya University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Child Health and Diseases Nursing in 2021, on the effect of using interactive mobile applications in the management of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in pediatric oncology patients. She was an observer at the IRCCS Institute Giannina Gaslini-Italy / Pediatric Oncology clinic in 2016 and at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, Pediatric Oncology clinic in London England, in 2019. After her Ph.D.  education, she has been working at Koç University Nursing Faculty since 2022 as Assistant Professor. She has been working as the Secretary of the Oncology Nursing Association, Pediatric Oncology Nursing Working Group since 2016. She has been representing Turkey in the European Oncology Nursing Society-Young Cancer Nurses group since 2021. She has been working as a member of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology, Nursing Working Group since 2022.
